  • Do you believe that certain roles are better fitted to men than women and vice-versa

  • Do you think that work done at home is less important than labor at work?

  • Do you find that producing something adds more value than educating a person?

  • Do you consider individual, visible work more important to behind the scenes work?

If you find these questions intriguing…

Then this workshop is for you!

Description

A large majority of women have been brought up to believe that the qualities they have are subordinate to the qualities that men have; as growth, achievement, success and effectiveness are conceived in a masculine/male way. Women have also been brought up to believe that in order to be appreciated, they would either have to strengthen their masculine qualities or to conform to feminine stereotypes. As a result, women have compromised their talents, distorted their genuine expression and blocked their potential. The purpose of this workshop is to help participants understand the impact of these crucial gender- and power-linked assumptions to their life and career choices and to guide them to personal transformation.

During this interactive workshop, you will...

  • Discover how the hidden, under-explored gender & power dynamics impact your perceptions of yourself and the others

  • Realize how these dynamics restrict your leadership style and accomplishments.

  • Learn how you can change the mental model you function from in order to reach your full potential.

  • Become the best version of yourself

  • Be self-fulfilled and successful

For whom?

For women and men who want to understand better their personal biases linked with gender identity and who want to embrace both their innate aspects of “male” and “female” in order to lead a balanced and fulfilled life.
